I believe leadership is about serving others, leading with integrity, and creating opportunities that positively impact my community. Every leadership role I have held has strengthened my commitment to service, advocacy, and empowering others to become leaders in their own communities.
President
As President of the Jackson-Madison County NAACP Youth Council, I lead the executive board, oversee meetings, coordinate community service initiatives, and encourage youth involvement throughout our community. In addition to my responsibilities within the Youth Council, I also serve on several committees of the Jackson-Madison County NAACP Adult Branch, where I work alongside community leaders to advance the mission of the NAACP through advocacy, civic engagement, and community service.

Former State Youth & College Secretary
I currently serve as the West Tennessee Vice President for the Tennessee State Conference NAACP Youth & College Division, where I work alongside youth leaders from across the region to strengthen local youth councils, promote civic engagement, support leadership development, and advance the mission of the NAACP. In this role, I assist with regional initiatives, mentor youth leaders, and encourage greater youth involvement throughout West Tennessee.
Previously, I served as the Tennessee State Conference Youth & College Secretary, where I was responsible for supporting statewide communication, maintaining records, and collaborating with youth leaders from across Tennessee. Serving in both statewide and regional leadership roles has strengthened my organizational skills, expanded my understanding of advocacy, and reinforced my commitment to developing the next generation of leaders.

These leadership opportunities have helped me grow as a servant leader committed to scholarship, service, and character.

Serving as President of the Gamma Psi Kudos Group and as a Regional Vice President has allowed me to lead meetings, mentor fellow members, organize service activities, and represent the organization through educational and leadership initiatives. These roles have strengthened my communication, teamwork, and leadership skills while preparing me for future opportunities.
As a member of the Mayor's Youth Council, I represent student voices while learning about local government, civic leadership, and community development. This experience has strengthened my understanding of public service and the importance of collaboration in addressing community needs.
As a member of Jackson Teen Court, I have gained valuable insight into the justice system, accountability, and the importance of fair decision-making. This experience has further inspired my goal of pursuing a career in law and public service.
